Best ISA options via transfer for a non-uk resident

Hello,

 I have some existing ISA accounts. I know that I am permitted to transfer these ISA products to new providers. What are the best options available for a non-uk resident?

The provision in the ISA regulations permitting such transfers was written long before ever more onerous KYC/AML checks became prevalent, so realistically there are few, if any, providers willing to open ISAs for non-residents, i.e. you can effectively only transfer between existing ISAs rather than opening any new ones after emigrating.

Oh, that is rather frustrating.
 Are there any of those few that allow it that you know of?
