Replace Leadwork on Porch Roof
Hi, the lead needs replacing on the back of our porch roof, where it joins the house wall. The total length of lead is 2.5M, (1.25M each side of the ridge) Also, there are no soakers fitted currently, so have asked for these to be installed as well. I've had a quote of £294 inc VAT. Does that sound reasonable? Many thanks.

Replacing soakers between former and roof
A leak appeared where the dormer and the roof meet, as the zinc soakers weren’t installed properly and weren’t long enough. Although the roof is only 4years old it appears to be the result of sub par craftsmanship. On the back of the recent floods across the UK, it’s been extremely difficult to get people to come to quote…

Hi, Have been shopping around for a kitchen, and have ended up at Howdens. We have decided on a true handless kitchen, and have gone to Wickes and Howdens so far.
