Bathroom Refit Cost

Hi all,
We're getting our bathroom torn out and replaced, and I've had an estimate that I want to sense check on here. It's come in slightly higher than others but we were very impressed with the guy who came round I've put below the work schedule (I've amended it for brevity and so it isn't clearly identifiable), and this bathroom is around 2m x 1.5m, so it's a small space.
Fully strip out existing bathroom
Remove wall tiles, wood panelling and floor covering.
Run new electrics for shaver socket, extractor fan and ceiling light. Fit new fan isolator.
Prepare walls and skim finish where required. Paint newly plastered walls.
Run new supply and waste pipework for toilet and basin sink
Run pipework for towel radiator.
Run new shallow waste trap and supply pipework for shower
Install aqua panel and install new quadrant shower tray
Fit shower, basin sink with vanity and hung mirrored cabinet
Connect ceiling light with run on timer extractor fan wired to isolation switch external to bathroom. Connect sink vanity/ shaver unit.
Plumb in new towel radiator.
Paint bathroom door and frame.
Lay vinyl or waterproof karndean flooring.
Install Bathroom accessory kit.
For all that, it has come in at £4000. The other estimates came in at closer to £3000, but were less detailed than this one so I just want to get a sense of whether this one is right, or whether the others are doing it on the cheap.
Thanks!

You need to give more information on who's supplying what is he supplying you with everything or do have to supply the big things such as the shower tray and shower, radiaor vantiy unit etc... also is the bathroom getting just painted or half tileing as this in not in the quote also on the wall's what is going to be used is it just plain plaster board with skim over or a proper water proof aqua boards etc... same goes for the floor is the current wooden floor ok to apply vinyl flooring or would parts of it need replacing etc...
there is a lot of missing information to be fair, so i cant tell if its cheap or expensive the 2 main costs in any project is labour + cost/spec of the fixtures and fittings you can go cheap or get carried away with the fit and finish
Also no timescale how many days and how many people“People are caught up in an egotistic artificial rat race to display a false image to society. We want the biggest house, fanciest car, and we don't mind paying the sky high mortgage to put up that show. We sacrifice our biggest assets our health and time, We feel happy when we see people look up to us and see how successful we are”
