Are these quoted refurbushment prices ok?

Can you assess whether the below works have been priced up well/too high/too low? It's for a 3 bed flat in central London. These are to be done by a contractor who has his own guys. The flat is carpeted throughout with walls 3m high and total surface around 107 sq m.

Removal & disposal of carpet and underlay
£ 450.00
Removal, cutting & skip disposal of skirting boards
£ 400.00
Wall repairs and filling, plastering,sanding and painting where needed
£ 300.00
Engineering floor (installation only)
33 per sq m (107 in total)
£ 3,530.00
Skirting boards (new)
£ 450.00
Skirting board installation (labour)
£ 500.00
Kitchen tap installating (labour)
