I’ve been quoted £700 to tile approx 16sqm, this includes all the grout etc, I supply the tiles. This is in the north west area. No tiles need removing etc, new build property. Is this a reasonable quote?

CR Smith have quoted me £14.5k to replace 8 windows and 2 doors, with the caveat that the price will rise to over £16k at the end of the month (just 3 days away). This seems high.
