Fitting gas fire

I've been quoted £275 inc vat to fit and test a new gas fire. There is no prep required for building works, the opening has been prepared to the exact size and the back panel hearth and fire surround will be installed already so it is just a quote for the fitting and testing.
Area is East Midlands.
