Is this landscaping quote fair?

I have just had some decking installed but looking to add steps to the decking and have my lawn dug up, slabs removed which are located at the sides of the lawn and a new turf path in a S shape leading to the decking area, and then bark chip all at the sides of the turf to give it a cottage garden feel.

Dig up all lawn area 12ft x 10ft

Remove slabs

New turf path

Steps to decking

Membrane both side of path

Bark chippings both sides of path

All waste removed

All materials included.

I would say that is pretty good. In the present climate we find ourselves in I have found that the price for doing any work in the home or garden has gone up by at least 50%. I work as a gardener (not landscaping) & some of my customers have had work done that I am not able to do & the prices are well above what I consider normal.
