My renewal from Churchill came through the door the other day, up from £600 last year to £750. when is a roof not a roof
My insurer askes what percentage of the home is flat roof to which I reply 10% because we have a Bay window that has a flat top to it but is not part of the main roof. I answer 10% because they only give % options in graduated steps in reality its more like 5% . I always declare it but often wonder is my Bay Top a Roof?
