Travel insurance claim denied - can’t work out if they cancelled and voided the policy aswell

they denied the claim due to me not declaring a pre existing condition.
there closing statement doesn’t mention they have cancelled the cover but they did copy and paste terms and conditions that does mention it so I’m not sure how to interpret it

Due to the above, we believe you have purchased your Policy and provided misleading information, in order to gain coverage for an anticipated reason to cancel your trip. We also believe you have not declared medical conditions relevant to your reason for cancellation in order to gain coverage.
Due to the above, Admiral has made the decision to repudiate your claim. Please take note of the footnote of this letter and conditions of your policy.
Important Information:
Eligibility
By taking out or renewing the policy, you agree that you (and each insured person):
• have your only or main home in the UK and have not spent more than six months outside
• the UK in the year before taking out (or renewing) this policy;
• are registered with a GP in the UK;
• are travelling from and returning to the UK (or only within the UK);
• do not know of any reason why the trip would be cancelled or cut short;
• and are not taking out the cover after the trip has started.
General Conditions:
1. Policy terms and conditions
You must keep to the policy terms, conditions, and any endorsements. If you don’t it could mean your policy is invalid, we may refuse your claim or not pay it in full.
2. Your duty to us
You must provide us with information which is correct to the best of your knowledge. If you
fail to provide correct information or inform us of any changes, it could affect your cover.
10. Fraud
If you or anyone acting for you recklessly or deliberately misrepresents information at any time during the policy that would impact either the terms and conditions or our ability to offer cover itself, your policy, and all other policies to which you are connected through EUI Limited will be cancelled or voided. We will seek to recover any costs we have incurred and will not return any premium.
We will not pay a claim which is in any part fraudulent, false, exaggerated or if you or anyone acting for you makes a claim in a fraudulent or false way, or where we have been given a false statement, or any documents which are false or stolen. Your policy and all other policies to which you are connected through EUI Limited will be cancelled or voided. We will seek to recover any costs that have been incurred and will not return any premium.
For the avoidance of doubt this means Admiral will not make any payments to you in the present claim and we will not return any premium.
The Privacy Statement states, “If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies”.
The above outlines our decision and the evidence on which our findings are based. If you disagree with any of the evidence, we used to reach our decision, or have any further evidence for us to consider, please contact us in writing.
For the avoidance of any doubt, Admiral’s position is fully reserved with regard to relying on further facts and matters which have not been referred to in this letter and our rights are otherwise reserved in their entirety.

Was this a single trip policy? In which case if the policy is voided or not is a bit of a moot point given the trip has already happened. Ultimately if you want to know if they've voided the policy as well then you are going to have to ask them.0
