Moving a greenhouse
I have a 8 x 8ft greenhouse, only a few years old and now I'm moving, 30 mins drive away. Anybody got any idea of how much it will cost to dismantle, move and re erect it?

Which berry bushes can't be grown in containers?
I purchased some berry bushes in the sale last year but not thinking we hardly have any space for them in the garden. I think certain ones might do okay in containers they are (Blueberry, Blackcurrant, Loganberry, Raspberry, Goji berry and Gooseberry). I have very little ground space in sunny positions but lots of shade,…

Unwanted Rockery Rocks!
What can i do with rocks from a rockery in the garden, they are nice looking grey and yellow but i am concerned that they are too tempting for someone to smash the back window if they were trying to get in and i have quite a few of them which i have hid in the shed out of sight rather than leaving them in a pile.

Miniature Duo fruit trees (Daily Mail)
Hi all, I saw an advert for miniature dual fruit trees (the ad I saw was a Daily Mail one) and I wondered if anyone had bought any and had any comments on the quality, longevity, ease of care or general advice on them? I have a large hole inthe middle of a grass area left after the removal of an almost dead 70 year old fruit tree and its root ball. The hole is about 4ft by 3ft and 2 ft deep. What would be the best way to fill the hole. I don't have much soil I can move from elsewhere in the garden. The hole has loose soil in the bottom,…

Plant food scam
One of things that annoys me is the number of plant food liquids or feeds you can buy; often from the same manufacturer. Most of them do the same thing but are packaged for different plants so people buy lots, when they dont need to. (Rose/orchid/Citrus etc) Look on the back of the package and somewhere on there will be a…

Where is everyone getting their bedding plants from this year?
For the first time in living history I am ahead of the weeding and pruning and my flower beds have areas that would look good with some bedding plants. I don't believe this has ever happened to me before - normally I have a couple of pots of colour in strategic places to take the eye of the horrendous weedy mess beyond -…

Hi. I have been looking at growing potatoes in bags and wondered if any one has used the supermarket large shopping bags, not the 10 p ones but the more superior £1 ones. Weird bulbed grass/weed growing in garden
Hi all, I've seen this weird grass (weed?) growing in my garden during the winter (and before). It has long wide leaves like a regular grass but also appears to grow from small bulbs at the base of the leaf. It appears to grow in quite large amounts filling more than a few household bin bags over the last couple of months.…
