Damage by muntjac deer
Asking for a friend who has had a cheeky muntjac deer visiting her front garden. No optiion to close it off to seal it off to keep them out. Last week it cleared out her pansies down to the root and pulled up some other plants.
What plants are muntjac proof? Would she be able to plant a couple of her favorite roses out the front?

Lol pansies are edible flowers
We have deer round here so i doubt the roses will survive.
Looking online I was surprised how many deer proof plants there are.
The problem will be choosing what your friend likes and making it attractive.

Human urine is not thought to deter but it's great for grass and free so worth a try.
