Do Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Aldi or Asda have a history of reducing the price substantially after this weekend to get rid of left over stock ? I fancy treating myself but only if it's cheap lol

Had to vent on this one. Been buying the product for many years. Stood up to the main big brands - at a fraction of the price. Bough a new jar last week. It had a new colour label - didn't take much note to be honest. They've changed the recipe - and it is terrible. They've also changed the name from "Real Mayonnaise" to…

Southern Co-op, the regional co-operative society that operates 300 or so stores in the South of England, have made losses for the past three years and have now run out of lending capacity to continue to make those losses. Their hastily propsed "merger" with Co-op Group is to prevent insolvency, and they are not hiding the…

When the government brought in the charge for carrier bags Iceland started adding a charge of £1.60 to cover this cost on their home deliveries. I have just received this months shop and it was delivered loose in the crates and I had to use the bags I had from last month to carry the shopping from my front door to the…

We put five of the major meal box kits in the UK to the taste and price test. https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/team-blog/2026/04/meal-box-comparison-hellofresh-vs-gousto-vs-green-chef-vs-mindful-chef-vs-planthood/

I added two offers on my co-op app today, £1.00 off shop and also 50p off milk. Later I checked and now both have disappeared. Has anyone noticed this?

Anyone know how on earth you get this open? I've bought it twice and both times when I've pulled the plastic tab, it's come off in my hand. And I've spent about 20 minutes sawing the lid off with a sharp knife. Anybody else had this battle or am I missing something?

I'm getting an operation that will keep me immobile for some weeks. Friends have offered to pick up things for me but they are on holiday at different times so it's a bit iffy for milk. So some long life was suggested. I hate the stuff so have no experience. Picked up some from Morrisons.😛 But full, semi, which tastes…

Some elderly and vulnerable shoppers feel they are being "unfairly discriminated against" as supermarkets restrict savings to their apps, meaning those without a smartphone are unable to take advantage of deals and discounts... These Mr Kipling cakes were marked down to more than the shelf ticket price… Which bargains have you spotted that weren't all that they seemed? Not quite the same as the price was at least going in the right direction, but this 70p discount on a £49 product didn't seem to justify the hype:

Looking for good quality meat joint offers for Easter in the MK area. Usually you find supermarkets offering half price deals on beef & lamb joints. When it comes to beef I usually look for Topside. Last year I found Aberdeen Angus Topside half price in Waitrose MK. It was the best I have ever tasted. I have just visited…

I have just had some 'my clubcard prices' appear in my app and the FAQs say I have to activate them - but I can't work out how!! Can anyone enlighten me? Thank you

Please tell me other people are noticing it too?So many products have more water in, toothpaste used to be paste, now it sinks into the brush before you put it in your mouth. Sauces, shower gels, pump soap etc. are all much more watery and you have to use more.I think we are all being robbed.

On offer at the moment cream slices, 4 chocolate eclairs and choux buns for £1 but this is for online shopping. If anyone goes to Tesco, could you please let me know if this offer is in store as well? Thank you.

I work in a supermarket that doesn't have the small plastic bags for fruit and veg. Most people just pack their veg with other packaged goods. I had a customer yesterday insist I gave him a free compostable 10p bag for his meat. I asked a manager and they said just let him have it. I just wondered legally do we HAVE to…

I'm a philistine when comes to coffee, happy with instant milky coffee. For years been buying the Aldi own Gold freeze-dried and never used a full spoon, the last jar I started using more ( i don't think my taste has changed) I had a search and noticed others complaining. Decided as was having an Asda shop would get theirs…

I made an online purchase from Iceland which came to £84.25 and after the 3 for 2 offers it came to £69.69. I then had a voucher for £15 when spending over £40, bringing the price down to £54.69. One of the items was out of stock (Baileys iced yule log at half price £4) but NOT included in any of the 3 for 2. They have…

If you've got a Tesco Clubcard, check if you have any vouchers that expire soon, as £11 million-worth are due to run out at 11.59pm on Saturday 28 February. Don't want to spend your vouchers yet? We've got a trick to extend their validity… Read the full story:…

Hi everyone, I've been using the Stocard app on my iPhone to store loyalty cards such as Clubcard and Nectar. I like it because it can be used offline when I have no Internet / signal and can also be used on my Apple Watch, even when it is not connected to the Internet or my phone. I had a notification the other day saying…
