Sainsburys long-term site issues made my gift cards and coupons inaccessible.

I've been shopping online with sainsburys for about 8 months now. A couple of relatives regularly send me sainsburys gift cards as I'm on a low income. One relative always sends it by just telling me the gift card number and pin number, which I then enter at checkout, it converts to a coupon and can then be spent. I have over £200 in already-converted coupons on my sainsburys account, and over £100 on another gift card like this where I only have the numbers and must convert them online.
For about two weeks now, there has been a problem with the sainsburys site. When I get to check out and try to access my coupons or enter the new gift card it says "For technical reasons, we have not been able to connect you to the page you requested and we hope to be able to do so soon. Please try again."
Two weeks and there is still no sign of this being fixed. This means sainsburys has over £300 belonging to me in gift card and coupons that I can't spend. I have emailed sainsburys customer services, Simon Roberts CEO, Mike Coupe CEO and Sarah Tipper @ customer services and have not received a reply from any of them.
If the website isn't working they could just give me the amount I'm owed in a physical gift card. Please help. As I said I'm on a low income and can't afford to lose over £300.

If you're on social media (twitter, facebook etc) a public post usually gets a quicker response as companies dislike negative publicity.
Hopefully it gets sorted quickly for you.0 -
I don't have any social media but I guess I could try to open an account.0
