Bank account not on Experian credit report
Looking at an Experian credit report, a current bank account from RBS (about twenty years old and still used) doesn't appear. The Experian website says that it's the responsibility of the bank, and RBS say it's Experian. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi, Just a quick question, I was on a dmp via stepchange which ended july 20 (started dec 16), however I noticed on my credit score via my bank that santander had put a default notice dated oct 19. I've had a natwest credit card for approx 20 years. It doesn't appear on the MSE credit club report, or on the credit karma report. I think that's 2 out of 3 of the credit agencies? Any ideas why? Should I be doing something?
