Perch added to file x4

Hello.
I have woken up to a message from clear score to say I have updates being added to my next report.
I logged on and perch are adding 4 accounts to my file which comes under the category of pay day / short term loans. I was in a lot of debt 7 years ago and went into an IVA. I settled that IVA in full around 16 months ago. I have since had no debt or any loans taken out but then have received this.
I called Perch and believe it or not they don’t even have any information to share with me yet and told me to wait for correspondence. How they can update someone’s credit file without any information is absolutely bizarre.
After doing a little bit of research I am concerned this could well be an old pay day loan that was missed off from my IVA. If so where do I stand?

I have worked so hard to get my credit score back on track and this really is a kick in the teeth. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be?
Thanks in advance

What exactly shows re the accounts?
Remember you don't want to get your credit score back on track. You want an accurate and well maintained credit file.0 -
Don`t put too much credence in clear score messages, they tend to be generic, and not very accurate.
If these old accounts do show up, and they should not as they are well out of limitation now, make a complaint to whoever is supplying such information, explain why they should not be there, and follow their complaints procedure.
