Rug Making help
A friend gave me two lengths of the 'webbing' (don't think that's the word) that you use for rug making. I've completed a pre printed rug kit before but want to draw my own design this time. The only problem is there is already a design on one side. Is there anything I can use to 'paint' over the design? thanks

Ideas for selling unwanted card craft stash?
I recently moved to a smaller place & just don't have the room for all the craft stuff I've amassed over the years, so need to get rid of it. As a non driver, a boot fair or similar is out. When I look on Ebay, there are hundreds of sellers private as well as businesses with craft items for sale, so obviously competition…

Struggling with Intarsia - any tips?
I decided to try my hand at Intarsia to make some knitted jumpers with pictures for the grandchildren. I am really struggling despite making up lots of different coloured mini spools in different colours to use. Plastic jars wanted
I had an idea after seeing a jar filled with ephemera in TKMaxx. I thought it was a nice gift idea to use up my stash and gift my crafty friends all at once. However finding plastic jars is proving impossible. The ones from TKMaxx looked exactly like a mason jar but were pretty flimsy plastic - which is fine as the jar…

14 Projects in 2014 - in memory of Soulie
Soulie, one of the regular posters on the crafting forum, started a popular thread called 13 Projects in 2013 where she encouraged us to set ourselves targets of craft projects to complete during the year. The suggested target was 13 but some people did more and others less. The important thing was the encouragement and…
