Birth Story Printing

For my daughter's upcoming 1st birthday, I'm writing her birth story (for her and my wife really, as my wife only has sketchy memories of the birth).

Along with the story, I want to put photos and random images (screen shots of my wife's more sentimental/funny Facebook statuses, 12-week scan etc).

I would like to get this printed and bound to a fairly high quality as it is intended to be something my daughter can hold on to forever.

After googling various search terms (and finding printers etc who specialise in bulk orders etc) I'm still trying to find somewhere that can help me out with this. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Could you do this as a Photo book. You scan in what you want for each page etc. there are text boxes. Some are really lovely if you search around. Also my niece scanned in her mums journal, from being a teenager, as mum had passed away and she wanted to protect it by having a copy of it. I will try find out where she got that done as it was excellent
