COVID and SSP
Hi there, I was told by my employer to self-isolate a few weeks ago now, as I worked alongside somebody who tested positive for Covid. I have since received my pay-slip, for that period, and I haven't been paid for the first three days. Is this correct? I'll add that I am working a 3mnth probation period and had only been…

BOOTS Day 2 Lateral flow test didn't arrive and refund denied
I ordered this test for our return from holiday on 26th October....it still hasn't arrived. Boots have told me it is non-refundable as they issued a booking reference for the PLF. How can this be right? Disgusted that a company such as Boots act in such a way! I went to them as they were a high street name I trusted!

Event postponed. Child is now older.
Hypothetical question. Say you've booked tickets for an annual event that's now been postponed twice. Your child qualified for a reduced price ticket when the event should have happened in 2020. The event organisers say you can carry the tickets forward or ask for a refund. Your child has now passed the qualifying age for…

Anyone managed to get a refund from TICKETMASTER?
I have had one event cancelled and another one postponed. I have friends in similar positions. None of us have had refunds from Ticketmaster. Not that many events have been cancelled - most have been postponed. Should not be difficult to issue refunds for the cancelled events. I suspect that they are delaying refunds to…

So at the end of last month I felt unwell so did a lateral flow test. I got the dreaded two stripes so followed the advice to get a PCR. I booked myself in at my local drive through and got tested. Day 2 test didn't arrive and refund denied
Has anyone successfully received a refund for a failed day 2 Covid test delivery. I ordered weeks before travel and it's now day five after I returned. Assured Screening claim that once they issue a locator number there are no circumstances in which they give a refund. Surely this is against the law. I notice on the…
