Ryanair Zero Change Fee Policy
Does anyone know whether Ryanair's Zero Change Fee policy still applies. i.e. you are allowed to change your flight twice without charge if there are legitimate reasons connected to Covid-19? I can't find any references on their web site so I am assuming no.

Day 2 lateral flow test
Sorry if this has already been answered numerous times. I’m travelling to Turkey on the 23rd November. I’m double jabbed. I will be returning to the uk on the 30th. As there is no more traffic light system do I still have to have a day 2 test on return? Do I also have to fill out a passenger locator form if I’m a uk…

Negative Covid test for USA entry
Hi everyone I am booked to go to New York in about 2 week’s time, and I know I need a negative Covid test to get in. My travel provider advised me to get a test supervised by video link, but I wasn’t really comfortable with that, so I have booked for in person lateral flow antigen tests at Boots the day before we go. I’ve…

Refunded twice - do I have to repay it?
In January 2020 I booked and paid for a holiday to Spain for
September 2020. I paid the deposit of £95.72 by debit card, and then paid
the balance in full in February be credit card. In May 2020 due to Covid I decided I did not want to travel
and decided to cancel my trip. At this time, I would have only lost my
deposit if…

BOOTS Day 2 Lateral flow test didn't arrive and refund denied
I ordered this test for our return from holiday on 26th October....it still hasn't arrived. Boots have told me it is non-refundable as they issued a booking reference for the PLF. How can this be right? Disgusted that a company such as Boots act in such a way! I went to them as they were a high street name I trusted!

Wizz Air Thread
I booked a holiday for myself and 7 friends to Georgia in June and the outbound flights have now been cancelled. This was obviously expected as a possibility. Wizz Air prompts on the site explain to get a refund you must: 1. First convert into Wizz Air Credit at 120% 2. Then apply for this credit to be converted into cash…

Virgin cancelled flight Manchester to LA
Hello I am hoping there may be some travel gurus on here who can confirm something for me please. Virgin cancelled my MAN-LAX ticket and I agreed (stupidly) not to ask for a refund and it's fine to convert to a travel voucher (I planned on making the exact same journey in 2022). Virgin no longer fly MAN-LAX direct and my…

Event postponed. Child is now older.
Hypothetical question. Say you've booked tickets for an annual event that's now been postponed twice. Your child qualified for a reduced price ticket when the event should have happened in 2020. The event organisers say you can carry the tickets forward or ask for a refund. Your child has now passed the qualifying age for…
