My daughter purchased tickets for mamma mia the party at the O2 through Eventim. She tested positive on a PCR six days before the event date. She purchased ticket insurance but Eventim don’t cover Corona Virus. We contacted Eventim, they want us to purchase more tickets, then say they will refund the original ones, but we don’t have a spare £300 to risk that. Mamma Mia The Party’s own Ts & Cs say that in the event you cannot attend due to testing positive, they will offer tickets for an alternative date.
We contacted Mamma Mia the party direct via email. We got an automated reply but nothing more. We have contacted them several times in the last two weeks but heard absolutely nothing back. They do not answer the phone. We have run out of ideas for how to contact them to reschedule. Any ideas what to do next please?

If they are not responding you could instead go to your bank. Since their T&Cs say they should offer you an alternative date and they haven't, you have a pretty good case to get your bank involved.0
