Negative Covid test for USA entry

Hi everyone
I am booked to go to New York in about 2 week’s time, and I know I need a negative Covid test to get in. My travel provider advised me to get a test supervised by video link, but I wasn’t really comfortable with that, so I have booked for in person lateral flow antigen tests at Boots the day before we go. I’ve been on the USA embassy site and there are 5 requirements for what is needed on the certificate which they will accept, but I’m not sure of all this will be on the Boots certificate. I’m a bit of a worrier, so this is really concerning me that it won’t be adequate in some way. I was hoping there might be someone out there who has been to america and back since they opened, who has gone with a boots test who can reassure me?
I wound really appreciate any help as this is really stressing me out! Thanks
Holly.

Do Boots use the wording "fit to fly"?
If so, you will be fine. The five bits of info are an industry standard.1 -
Hi Emma, yes, it did state that on their website when I booked! Thanks so much!
