Good evening 

I have a situation in work. I work 2 jobs and a work colleague of mine also works 2 jobs (the same jobs) 

my work colleague had to self isolate due to only having one vaccination, he only told one of his jobs and carried on going to the gym at his other job (where I also work)

Am I able to tell work about this and show them his isolation note which he has sent to one of our employees Or is this classed as GDPR?

From a health protection perspective you should tell you work , to protect colleagues and clients however you shouldn’t send the isolation note as that contains personal information .

Personally, I wouldn't touch it with a 100-foot bargepole, but that's my non-GDPR-legal-professional view.

I wouldnt get involved. If you really want to, find a way to get an anonymous tip off to the gym. Dont do it in your own name.

You can tell them he should be isolating and let them make their own enquiries.  Do you know for a fact that he did not tell them?
