NRP is refusing to acknowledge Liability Order
Does anyone know at what point to CSA stop negotiating with an NRP for payment and what action are they likely to take next? NRP has refused to pay CM for over 10 years. He was finally taken to court last year and since then the CSA have been trying to 'persuade' him to pay. He can well afford it and has not hidden his…

Can my daughter (now 18) enforce Court Order for financial support through Uni
Following my divorce we had a Court Order setting out maintenance for my two children of £225 each per month. This was agreed as I stated I did not want any maintenance for myself. The order stated that this would continue up to First Degree. My ex decided to stop payments and I had to enforce the order through the…

The thing is he likes to play…

Closed case help please
Hi, I am the nrp on the old rules, I have been reassessed recently to zero. Now I have received a letter from the csa stating the PWC wishes to close the case. I believe she is going to wait the 13 weeks and reopen under the new rules. Is there anyway I can ask for the case to be reopened so we stay on the old system?

Giving daughter a gift, stopping my money
My daughters father has been saving money for her since birth, she is now 18 and he has said because he is giving her this money she is now self sufficient and he is stopping the money he gives me (we have a mutual agreement, but it is no where near the amount he should pay) I feel like I am basically being ripped off. Hi, I'm about to be reassessed as the NRP under CSA1 and looking for advice if possible. Liability no longer in force
The letter I received says the liability for child maintenance is no longer in force as the PWC has told us they no longer want to application or case to continue Now is this the same as a closed case? I think PWC is going to use the 13 week loophole and reopen under csa2 after 13 weeks but they don't use the word closed…
