Contact Order - Help!

Evening all
Does anyone know how a contact order works? My ex has applied for one - I have applied for a residency order for our daughter's safety. I have never stopped the ex from seeing our daughter but its a long story. What I need to know is how many people does a contact order cover, if my ex was successful would he be able to bring his family to a supervised visit? (I would hope that the court only award him supervised contact as he is a registered alcoholic/drug user) Can't find any answers on the great information superhighway!
Thanks all

  • I have a contact order but its not supervised in a contact centre so not sure how contact centres work.. Maybe give your local one a call or ask in court when the order is being sorted out?
