NRP disputing parentage

The CSA have been working on a case for my 4 year old daughter for the last 4 or so months. They have finally got to the point where they have calculated how much her father has to pay and I've just had a phone call from the CSA to say that he is now disputing parentage. I agreed to take my daughter for the DNA test.
My question is, what will happen if he does not turn up for his test? I cannot believe he is doing this because there is no doubt that she is his and I believe he will have to pay for the test when he is shown to be the father. I suppose he has probably lied to himself for so long that he believes the lie now. Or perhaps he is stalling the inevitable of paying?!!

If he fails to turn up for his test he will be deemed to be the father of your daughter.0

Ah I see. Ok just more stalling then I guess. But the claim is backdated so I have no idea why he is doing this.0

If he is indeed the father then he's just delaying the inevitable - plus he'll have the cost of the DNA test added to his arrears too.0 -
at the end of the day its worth spending a few hundred to save many thousands, iv seen the jeremy kyle show
.
but no on a serious note, a woman usually knows, even when shes in denial and you seem like an honest person, just let him show his self up and shame on him for denying his child,
good luck and take care, dont let it be the sole mission in life but an important factor for your childs parentage and heritage x0 -

I have seen the form, and it says nothing about disputing paternity, if his name is not on the birth certficate and you were not married, then it cannot be assumed that he is the Father, the DNA test makes 99.99% sure.
Yes he will have to pay, but in the grand scheme of things it is not a lot to add to the bill.
How it works is that they will contact (usually Cellmark) and after Cellmark contact both parents with a list of authorised Drs, once the 'suspect' has given his sample at the agent most convenient for him, then the Mother and child do similar, weeks later he will get the result and the CSA do too, then the case continues or closes dependant of the dna test results.0
