Question for CSA agent if your there?

Did the CSA migrate complex cases (One dad three kids two mums) onto the new calculating scheme in 2003/2004?
I believe I was on the old scheme/rules then I was told I was migrated to new rules in '03/'04 now Im being told it shouldnt have happened or didnt happen even tho Iv'e been paying for nearly 10 years lol

  • The intention was to migrate 1993 cases within a year of the start of the 2003 scheme. However this did not happen for the majority of cases. If your case was linked to a 'new scheme' case then you migrated and your liability was phased in, if there is no link then you remain on the 1993 scheme.
  • If your case was migrated your reference/case number oiled now start with 32 and will be 12 digits long. You would all have received details of your phasing....
