Transactions held!
Hi, I am currently battling with CMS over the correct amount of maintenance I need to be paying. I’ve got NO issue paying, but it needs to be an amount that’s realistic based on my correct income. That being said, I tried to deposit my pay into my bank account and, as far as I’m being told, that transaction has been held…

Ex Wife Has Gone To CMS
So my ex wife and I have had an agreement on maintenance based on me earning £50k as I had in previous jobs pre covid. Basically me having the kids less than 104 nights gave her £652 and more than 104 was £573. We agreed I’d give her £600pm. On top of this I pay mobile phones, iPads, Xbox live, buy the kids clothes and…

Hi all, I know that the Tax Free Childcare scheme is open until the child turns 12, but what happens after that? Does anyone on the forum know what…

Child support/arrears when child reaches 18

Child Trust Fund
Hi, I’ve just received a balance in my daughters Trust fund as she is nearly 18. I am shocked at how low this is around 1/10 of what other friend’s children have received! I deposited this 18 yrs ago with Santander but this was moved on to a company called one family. Had anyone else experienced this or got any advice?
