CMS Reduction after court HELP

I am currently paying £400 per month for my son direct to my ex as she after us spliting informed the csa i dont see my son so i pay the maximum payment. She stopped me seeing him i have had a court battle for 6 months which is ending. I presume when i get the court order through that has me having him certain nights, how long does it take for the CMS to alter the payment i am really struggling financially and need this reducing asap. Thank you

You can use this calculator to see how much you will need to pay. https://www.gov.uk/calculate-child-maintenance If it's reduced i've no idea how long this will take.

As soon as you have that court order in your possession tell the CMS about the change in circumstances (scan them a copy if they want it) and then even if it takes a while it should backdate to when you told them.
