Hi
Does anyone know an email address for CMS?
I've looked online and can't find 1.
It keeps pointing me to do it through online portal but I'd rather speak via email so I have proof of discussion. 
I've tried to call and get 1 but tells me to use online portal or hold line for over an hour. I waited for 45 minutes then had to give up!

Screenshot the online portal if there’s no other option? 

Some systems have an option to get your enquiry emailed to you - do CMS do this?

Omg I tried the portal but can't use it as need to speak to someone to set it up! Phones only open 9.30-3.30 its a joke. You call them to be told you'll be waiting over an hour on hold.

Phone lines have always been like that. I remember waiting for over an hour then all of a sudden the line dropped and I had to start again.
