i informed Swinton that I have been made bankrupt as per the T&Cs of the home contents policy and they said they will no longer be able to offer me insurance as of today. Apparently I’m higher risk all of a sudden. So then.... who do you use for your home contents insurance after bankruptcy?

What is required to actually go bankrupt? do you need up to date balances and loads of details of all your debtors or does it automatically cover all debts? how do you go about including all the future council tax for the rest of the year?
