hi all I want to write to my creditors to update my credit file but don't know where to find my account details I use clear score and other free d=sites and they all show my defaults etc but no acc numbers how do I find these to be able to write to them? thanks for any help

Just write with what you have, your name address and DoB are enough for them to find you.
you could also get the statutory report which may show more information1 -
I would suggest using experian and equifax as a minimum. The free ones aren't always correct and this is something you want to make sure is done right.1

The statutory ones are still free, there's no need to pay for the premium products they offer
