Soa flex furlough

Should be going bankrupt hopfly by end of this month.
work just phoned me and are bringing me back on this flexi furlough, how would I do a soa when by the sounds of it each week is going to be different pay by the sounds of it.
sound like I work what they want me then furlough me the rest of the time so no set days

If you don’t know what your income is going to be then put in either what you know, or a best guess. The OR will understand. An IPA can be applied any time before discharge so if it’s going to fluctuate it’s likely they’ll wait a few months for a better picture of your income.
