We have had the mother-in-law permanently living with us now for a few years, and what with the extra costs of (Almost 24/7 Heating in the colder months) and extra gas / electric during the day would we be able to claim the pensioners discount to help with these rising costs? 180L Immersion Tank Heating
I have an 180L Immersion tank running off gas. Currently running 4am - 5am & 4pm - 5pm. This cost quite a bit so I've reduced it down to 30min at a time. My question is how long does it take to heat up this tank and would 30min morning and afternoon provide me enough hot water for the day?
