Energy quote after moving
I have recently moved home and was paying no more than £150 a month on my gas and electric, prior to moving I contacted the supplier of the new property and was quoted more than £600 a month on a fixed term, after moving I was then quoted over £700 a month for a fixed term deal. I haven't signed up to a deal and am going to pay for my actual usage (£50 so far 15/07/2022) as for a variable deal I was quoted over £250 a month. I can't understand how I can be quoted over £7K a year when I was previously paying so much less at my old property. My new house also has solar panels, although I'm not to sure how to get a feed in tariff as I don't have certificate numbers.
