Hi.  I live in an annex joined on to the main house.  I have my own front and back doors and pay a council tax on the annex because it is classed as a separate building.  My gas and electricity is run off of the main houses’ supply.  I have my own gas and electric metre which tells me how much I have to pay the main house owners.  The main house gets the bill and I pay them what my metre says that I have used.  Do I qualify for the electricity reduction.  Many Thanks.  Jacky
