Need help for young daughter who is going mad trying to sort an electric supplier in her rental flat

My daughter took on a rental flat in Cardiff back in mid May. Ever since she has been trying to find out who her supplier is. After several calls to SSE who said they were not her supplier have now acknowledged they are her supplier but said they were supplying a business and now that it is residential they will no longer supply her but have put her on a standard rate until she finds another supplier which she is having difficulty in doing. The rate they sent her has not been explained in terms of £’s and makes no sense to her. The rate they sent her is below.  She does not know what to do. Any help will gratefully be received
