Do I need a 4G aerial or booster?

Can’t get MSE on my iPad 2

Multi region DVD player
Hi. Does anyone have any recommendations for region free DVD players. Our old player is on its last legs. I’ve seen a few smart Blu-ray/dvd players on amazon that claim to be region free. We have quite a few dvds that’s are different regions, it would be good to be able to watch them again.
