Can anyone help me please, this is a bit of a weird one... A few days ago, my search engine suddenly changed from my usual Google to Yahoo in Google Chrome. I looked it up and said this might be due to a virus or malware, so I uninstalled Google Chrome and ran both Malwarebytes pro and Windows Defender, using Firefox as my browser. Malwarebytes has said that no threats were detected, but half way through the Defender scan, my PC restarted itself in the middle of last night. The scan stopped, which I've restarted, but once again the search engine has changed from Google to Yahoo in Firefox. I'm baffled! Has this happened to anyone else please? What can I do to rectify the situation? Any help greatly appreciated!

Type Default Apps in the cortana search bar and reselect Firefox , and the change the search engine back in Firefox from the hamburger (three bars) select options then search4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Check under the add/remove programs, chances are you'll find a new entry for the Yahoo toolbar in there, uninstall it.
It usually crops up as an "extra" when you've installed something and just clicked through the dialogues without reading them.0 -

This is one of the many terrific things about DuckDuckGo. There are several themes and you can actually create your own!
Go to duckduckgo.com and click the menu icon top right. There are four preset themes but if you go here you can create your own. You can even sync it with other devices without giving them any personal information!

I use DDG and then add !g if I don't like the results and it goes to Google.0
