New VM V6 tv box service guides not supplied.

My new VM V6 and router were delivered today. The V6 box included an Installation guide which says at the end: "Do more with your new kit" where it says: "Everything you need to know about your new box and new hub can be found in the service guides that came with your Quickstart pack". It shows a photo of two red covered Guides, the one in front is called "The telly you love, the way you want it". The other one is behind it but appears to be about the new router.
In fact there are no service guides in my Quickstart park. The only other document provided is an empty cardboard folder called "The Magic starts here". It contain nothing. There is no information for example on the functions of the new remote.
Has anyone had a new VM V6 tv box and hub delivered recently? Did you get any service guides with it, in addition to the Installation Guide?
