Elements nearly full on Windows 10

I have noticed the Elements on my Windows 10 is nearly full. What happens if it fills ups completed. What steps can be suggested to make more room on the elements.

"IF" what the OP is referring to is Western Digital Elements drive then it is a straightforward usb powered external HDD type of portable drive.
They come in sizes from 500GB up to 4TB
Sold by amazon UK no doubt by their thousands...
