Advice needed
I am heartily fed up with buying printers and finding the ink costs as much as the printer. I have just had to buy ink for my HP printer, the second lot in just a couple of weeks. I use quite a bit of ink, I run a quilting group and have to copy each assignment 10 times, the last one was 14 pages long and despite printing…

Ipad forum issues
Browsing this forum on an iPad 3, all software up to date etc. For ages now, when I click a link, it flashes red to acknowledge the click, but nothing happens. Sometimes I have to click on something up to 10 times for it to open the page I want. Alternatively I can hold the click for a bit longer which sometimes helps.…

This thread was originally entitled 'Channel 5 OD on Ubuntu? iOS 9
Problem on my iphone after upgrading to iOS 9. When I try to reply to a message the reply box is blocked by a thick grey line with a camera logo to the left of it. This obscures the message I'm trying to type and forces me to type a new message instead. Am I doing something stupid ?

Windows Movie Maker - Segments going black
I'm editing a video on Movie Maker. All the videos show when I add them, and I can edit them and move them about. But over the couple of weeks I've been making them, some of them have been going black. So one segment will play normally, then suddenly it will go black, then the next segment will play fine. I don't think it…

Virgin Media email
It appears that Virgin Media have finally ditched their gmail based webmail system and gone with their own. Unlike their gmail platform, where you could not successfully add a forwarding rule, you can now. Too late for all their landline customers they [STRIKE]threw away[/STRIKE] sold to TalkTalk, but at least anyone with…
