Password request on startup

My Win 8 laptop has suddenly started to request a password startup even though previously it didn't.
I have pressed win + R and entered 'netplwiz' and removed the tick from the box.
There must be something else that has changed but what?
How do I change so I don't have to put a passwoird in?

On Windows 10 you have to remove the tick from the box and then put the password in (plus confirm password) after you click "Apply". Then when you reboot you are not asked to log-on.
Sorry I did not realize you had no password to put in. (It is the Captain Morgan's.)0
