Ipad forum issues

Browsing this forum on an iPad 3, all software up to date etc.
For ages now, when I click a link, it flashes red to acknowledge the click, but nothing happens. Sometimes I have to click on something up to 10 times for it to open the page I want. Alternatively I can hold the click for a bit longer which sometimes helps.
This is the only forum this happens on, I go to others frequently and do not have this problem.
Any ideas?

Seems to be a known issue? Although not one MSE seem in any hurry to fix....
