What are customer rights under warranty?
Basically had a HP laptop fail and want to return it under warranty. It is still in date. HP want me to go through all the troubleshooting chat with their tech guys and i don't want to . I just want it fixed/replaced. Am i within my rights to insist they skip this ? Any ideas? Thanks /debeast
