emachine d60 not working

im banging my head on a brick wall at this moment.......help please............bought my other half an emachine d620 2 years ago, only for browsing footie results/news on............god knows what hes done but it wont boot up - keeps saying code c000021a is stopping it from starting........i cant get into admin as it says its locked - tried bios but nothing...........tried booting from a recovery disk but nothing either..........am stuck.........startup repair isnt finding the problem either...........aaaaaaaaaaaaarghghghghghgh..........help

managed to get to safe mode but needed a password but its now saying this is not valid - he didnt even have a password anyway so i think its locked itself?????

Try the Kaspersky Rescue Disc.

You'll need to be more accurate in your description. e.g.

tried bios but nothing...........tried booting from a recovery disk but nothing either

...what does that mean in technical terms?

Which Recovery disc? What did you try to do in the BIOS?

it was the kapersky recovery disc i tried but it didnt work - just keeps going to the same screen

do i wish to try and recover the system
normal startup

when i try any of above they dont do anything and when i try safe mode it says theres a fault that cannot be fixed......

im trying to find a free installation cd as i cannot find mine if it did come with one - i do have the product key......
