slow pc
This got slow a week or so ago and hasnt improved. When I go into the wireless connections in my control panel it always sits at between 19-26mbps. It used to be 65. Is this anything I can do or is it in the phone line?

Program Options lost
I have lost all the options in my Accesories-System Tools folder (Back-up Defrag etc) is there any way to restore these. My Dell installation disk does not allow this saying my installed version is later than the disk version, I think because the disk is service pack 1 and the pc is updated to service pack 3.
