Program Options lost

I have lost all the options in my Accesories-System Tools folder (Back-up Defrag etc) is there any way to restore these.
My Dell installation disk does not allow this saying my installed version is later than the disk version, I think because the disk is service pack 1 and the pc is updated to service pack 3.
