Internet connection screens gone

Windows Messenger Problem
For some bizarre reason Messenger keeps changing my personal status message to one I have previously written. For example I changed it today and half an hour later Messenger changed it to a message that I had posted the day before yesterday!! Does anyone know why it does this and how to stop it?
