Hi Guys. Just bought a samsung netbook with windows7 starter. Is it possible to upgrade to premium. Am I losing very much with the windows starter. Many thanks

Without the full specs it's hard to say but AFAIK, there's an upgrade advisor on the Microsoft website that will scann your pc and advise if it will run premium or not?0

As long a WDDM compatible driver is available for the Netbook, upgrading to Home Premium will almost certainly improve the overall graphical performance of the Netbook. The user interface will be handled by the Desktop Window Manager via the GPU rather than the system in the Starter version which doesn't and puts a greater demand on the CPU and available RAM..
