connect Macbook to TV

What GB is faulty PS3??
My sons PS3 has YLOD, I want to sell it as spares but as it won't turn on how do I list its GB when we dont know what it is?? Is there anyway to find this info out? The console wont turn on :-( Many thanks in anticipation of any help.
